If an x-ray is done and the radiologist documents that the right internal jugular catheter needs pulled back 3cm can we code fitting and adjustment of vascular catheter even though the radiologist is not the one who will pull the catheter back??

You can bill the fitting and adjustment ICD because this is the only reason to perform an x-ray.

The ICD code should be V58.81 as per documentation.
