Would like help for diagnosis code. Pathology report reads: in situ and invasive carcinoma with Basaloid features. Comment added : Although the invasive carcinoma has basaloid features, the immunophenotypic profile and presence of an insitu component favor squamous cell carcinoma.
I was looking at 173.61 (wrist ) and 238.9 for the insitu carcinoma.

Please advise.
