My doctor has given the following:

Conclusions:
Mild luminal irregularities in the LAD. Tortuous coronary artery system without evidence of significant obstructive disease.

Can anyone help me find a diagnosis code?

I was thinking that I77.1 applied to peripheral arteries. Can we use it on the coronary arteries?
