Procedure: Diagnostic laparoscopy, mini laparotomy and cautery of the left bleeding ovary.


My selection is CPT 49320

Question do I add modifier 22 for the cautery of the bleeding ovary. Or is there a code for this serivice.

I would have to see the operative note to be sure of the CPT code(s) but one I would use in addition is V64.41
