Wiki Diagnostic Arteriograms

Hello! Could some please give me their opinion if this would be considered Diagnositc arteriogram? Sometimes just not sure :confused:

Pt had Doppler on bilateral legs which clearly indicated the patient had disease bilaterally, little worse on the left than the right. It was not clear if the pt had significant aortoiliac occlusvie disears. Therefore, the patient is now here for arteriograms to better define his pathology and intervention of his left side with an atherectomy of the SFA and perhaps the pop artery and also arteriograms to rule out aortoiliac disease.

He did do at Lumbar aortogram, which I can bill and he did give good findings on the of the arteriograms of the legs. I dont' think this is diagnositic in nature but would love someone elses opinion...

There still seems to be some question as to the extent of disease, I would consider this arteriogram diagnostic.

Dr Z. does not consider dopplers as a diagnostic as compared to CTA or MRA. So I agree with Danny, it a diagnostic study.
