Is there anyone out there that codes for Pediatric Urology that could help with this? I would appreciate any feed back-Chris

I work for a Pediatric Urologist and we are wondering anyone thoughts on coding a diagnostic laparoscopy nad findig the patient has intra-abdominal testis and surgeon decides to do an open Orchiopexy-54650. Can we code for the diag lap-49320-59 and 54650?

Thanks for anyone thoughts on this.
