Wiki Different specialties same office.

If a patient sees an orthopedic surgeon and then sees a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Pain Management physician out of the same office on the same day, do both physicians get paid? i understand that they are different specialties but they are working out of the same office. Does this make a difference?
