Dilatation with over Tube Coding

I am coding hospital outpatient and have a physician who has performed an Esophageal Stricture dilated with over tube. I have never seen this done before. Does anyone know how to code this? I can not find a code that specifies dilation with over tube.

Was this only a stricture, or possibly a foreign body?
The following is the response to a query made:

In my opinion I would recommend only reporting 43247 for the removal of the foreign body via the overtube and scope. I would not separately report 43499 for the overtube. The overtube is used in GI endoscopy to help facilitate the procedure. It is a sleeve-like device that protects the GI mucosa from trauma and limits the risk of aspiration. I would consider the overtube to be inclusive to the code for the EGD with removal of foreign body.

Hope this of help!
