Direct laryngoscopy and excision pharyngeal lesion with rigid esophagoscopy

Looking for CPT for the following:
Direct Dedo Laryngoscopy done. Findings normal other than a papillomatous lesion left lateral pharyngeal wall. Lesion is excised with cup forceps and sent for histology.
Esophagoscopy done with Jesberg rigid scope and mucosa inspected and normal.
