If a Pulmonary Function test is ordered : Complete pre -post diffusion capacity test and the pre-bronchodilator is completed. The note states the patient became fatigued and dizzy so the test was discontinued. How should I code this based on this information and the only results captured was the pre-bronchodialator. Would it just be spirometry or the test with a 53 modifier?
