Wiki dislocation total shoulder

Patient had a total shoulder previously. He has dislocated the shoulder. I do not
see anything specific ( like they have with the total hip) as far as codes go. So do I use 23655 ? It was in the OR under anesthesia. Just want to be sure I am not missing
a better code before I enter this.
