Wiki Distal Embolic Protection

Can we bill for using distal embolic protection when angioplastying a renal artery or Atherectomy on the SFA or Popliteal? I know it is sometimes used when stenting the Carotid but my doc is now doing this for angoiplasty and atherectomy?? Any ideas??
