Patient has a Grade IV defect of the trochlea. The lesion in the trochlea is too big for an OATS procedure, and is a candidate for a Fresh Osteochondral Allograft.

Looking at procedure CPT 27415

Does anyone know if this would be the correct procedure?
He previously had a Carticel Surgery.
