i am trying to code this procedure and am having trouble any help would be appreciated.

incision and debridement of abcess of the right ring finger distal phalanx with curettage of the dital phalanx lying under the nail bed.

removal of suture

repair of the nail bed of the right ring finger

With out the op report to look at, take a look at 26010-26011
26034 if the report mentions bone abscess
Did he repair the nail bed? CPT 11760-11762
Did he enter the joint space?
