What code(s) would I use for a Closed reduction and percutaneous screw fixation of a distal tib-fib fracture? I have looked at 27756 but not sure that it applies. Wanting to go with an unlisted 27899.
 
Don't let the verbiage "shaft" throw you. The approach is what we focus on, "percutaneous" even for a distal tibia fracture, with or without a fibluar fracture. I would stay away from the unlisted in this instance.
