I have a chart here that has been coded twice with two different codes and it has me questioning which code is correct!

It states DLBCL of the right adrenal gland s/p partial resection.

One person coded it to C83.39 the extranodal and solid organ sites.

Another coded it to C83.30 unspecified site.

Any help would be great!

I code these as C83.39 since the adrenal gland isa solid organ and the provider did specify the location.
