Would I use E11.621 or E11.622, for toe ulcer?

E11.621 - Type 2 diabetes mellitus with foot ulcer. There is a note to use additional code to identify site of ulcer (L97.4-, L97.5-)

L97.5- has toe as an example so I'd use E11.621, L97.5-

I did want to mention E11.622 lists a use additional code range that includes both L97.4 & L97.5, but its a much wider net as it includes all lower extremity ulcers (L97.1-L97.9), its not as specific. A toe is also part of the foot.
