DME and Remote Patient Monitoring

Does anyone know whether a DME company for a therapy that the patient uses for a chronic condition is able to bill for remote patient monitoring? The patient would purchase the device through their insurance and use it multiple times weekly. Does anyone know if this is possible to bill for RPM?
