We supplied DME to pt on 10/09/2020 and they denied payment due to authorization. As we had tried several times to request authorization for this date of service but we didn't get it due to retro authorization is not possible. The representative suggested we go for a future date with the concern of the patient as well as the ordering physician provider. Now the scenario is patient expired. How to get the payment?

Can anyone suggests better the solution for this thing. Appreciated your help. Thanks in advance!​
