Wiki DME charges under global fx care

If the orthopaedist bills for global fracture care and applies a splint (galveston MC brace) from our DME closet (owned and billed by DME supplier) at the first visit, can the DME supplier bill for the splint? Splint / cast is normally included, but its not ours to include.
