Our clinic treats pateint's with general DME (splints, slings, crutches etc). At what point is a DME Certification/License required, and what DME requires it?

In Michigan you have to be credentialed as a dme provider to be reimbursed for such dme as crutches, post op shoes, immobilizer. We simply offer these items for cash or we can gladly script it out and then can take to credentialed dme supplier. We are an urgent care
