Wiki Do we need to obtain 77048 when an imaging already included with the 19085?

Do you bill 19085 + 77048, doesn't it imaging already included with the 19085, my manager wants me to obtain prior auth and appeal 77048. Any chance anyone know where I can locate the rules and regulation on 19085 besides the CPT?
