Wiki Do we need to use modifier SG?

Hi - This modifier seems very payer specific. Medicare Claims Processing Manual, Chap. 26, has this. (https://www.cms.gov/regulations-and-guidance/guidance/manuals/downloads/clm104c26pdf.pdf)
Even so, I've seen some comments that it's best to check the Medicare payer policy.
