Hello,
We are wondering how others are billing the following procedure for post operative pain management:

Single needle insertion with bolus given into the sciatic nerve.
Some time later, the catheter is threaded (within the same puncture site) and continuous administration begins.

Is it appropriate to bill for the primary injection along with the continuous code?
Please advise where I could find this instruction.
