Hi We have doctors and pa's that will do a consult together.The confusion with the correct documentation for this is as follows:
If the PA writes the majority of the note the doctor has to at least write a summary at the end of the note in order to bill this consult together otherwise it should be billed with just the PA correct? The doctor cannot go through the PA's note and just add a sentence here and there in between paragraphs, is this information correct? Please let me know. Thanks!
