Hello there!
Is the following adequate for 31231 procedure section, or must I add a modifier 52?

Findings :

Superior meatuses: Clear
Middle meatuses: Clear, no pus or polyps
Sphenoethmoid recesses: Clear
Septum: Moderate left deviation

Nasopharynx and endolarynx are normal
