Hello fellow coders, would anyone have a good resource to get a break down of the documentation requirements when billing 96372 with Evenity? Thank you
 
I am not clear on your question. The documentation requirements for 96372 remain the same, no matter the medication. Basically, who, what, where, when, why, how. Are you asking something else?
 
Just like all injections, the documentation should state the med name, dose, time, location of admin, and route of administration.
