Does anyone know where I can get a pocket cards with documentation guidelines that our Physicians can carry around with them?

They are always asking for some kind of a pocket card that has tips, pointers and other information useful for them to remember proper coding guidelines. If anyone knows where I can get something please let me know.

There was an E/M Express Reference Tables Pocket Guide that was in my 2010 CPT book from the American Medical Association. You might could check with them to see if it is available without the purchase of a CPT book. If you can't get it just PM me your fax # and I'll make a copy and fax it to you or mail if you'd prefer it that way.
