My coders and I are going back and forth to find a professional source for documenting this.

We have physicians that document feeling hot all the time and feeling cold all the time in constitional. But we feel that this should be Endocrine.

Ex. Negative for feeling hot all the time and feeling cold all the time.

Is there a document that shows this as an example?

Why endocrine? It could be circulatory. This is one where the provider gets to make the decision. If they put it as constitutional then that is where you count it. A coder cannot make thus determination.
