Does anyone have any concrete information on documenting WHO is calling in a specialist for a consult?? I am going around with my employer regarding the importance of getting this correct! Any info, direction, etc, is greatly appreciated!! HELP!!

Shouldn't there be an order for the consultation with the requesting provider's signature?
