When can personal interpretation of test performed by another MD or health pro count towards time factor or MDM? In other words, if the results of imaging are not available until next day?
My thought is this: In the case where independent review is done day after visit or another day, could MD do an amendment before the visit is billed and whenever the films are reviewed/interpreted to indicate personal review was done, what the findings were, and that results were communicated or will be communicated to pt?
