I'm just wondering what the going rate is for Interventional cardiology. I've only ever been paid by the hr. Thanks for any feed back.

I have been. One place I worked for started you at $2.5 chart up to $3.50 but I think that is cheap to be coding CT surgery and Vascular, as I did.

I have a client that pays $17 per CT surgery case. $40 for complex. Those are her rates and I accepted them. I have seen some ppl saying $60 chrt for surgery but I haven't found that reimbursement yet. Not sure I would even charge that much, personally for my business. I'm still researching this.

I would love to get into remote coding, so it is good to see these posts so I know what to ask for salary wise. I was hired to do some remote lab coding, but that fell through, and they were offering $35.00/hr. I have been coding for cardiology for 2 years now in a clinic setting and am working towards my CCC, do you think that will make a difference when making an offer? I would love to get your input :)
