Does B12 and Testosterone injection code 96372 need ABNs? Pts bring their own med. Missouri Medicare Jurisdiction 5. I thought I saw a policy a few years ago that changed and it's not required now? I'm still waiting for Medicare rep to call me back with an answer. Thank you!
