Would this note in the exam support coding "cellulitis"?
"Mild erythema and edema are noted on the periphery of the ulcer. There is no foul odor noted from the area. There is no active drainage or fluctuance noted. There is no sign of ascending cellilitis noted on the area."

That is the only place "cellulitis" is mentioned. It's not in the plan, no RX given, no culture done.


Any thoughts?
