Just reaching out to see if anyone knows what CPT/ICD-10 code's would be applicable for these types of visits. Thanks!
 
It's been a number of years, but I did previously work for a practice that performed DOT physicals. However, these were never billed to insurance. Either the employer paid, or the patient paid. We used an internally created code DOT00. I recall also seeing to use the unlisted E/M 99499. For ICD10, I would suggest Z02.4 Encounter for examination for driving license.
