Since there new codes for drainages I' more confused than ever. How would you code this?

With the patient in supine position, preliminary 5 mm CT sections were obtained through the area of interest. From a right anterior axillary line approach, a 4-French sheath needle/tube was employed to enter the fluid collection. 5mL of clear yellow fluid was aspirated, submitted for culture and sensitivity. Over an Amplatz wire following serial dilatation, 8-French multipurpose darinage catheter was placed and formed. The catheter was sutured securely in place and connected to a Jackson-Pratt bulb for continued drainage. Patient had drainage catheter placed for a right paracolic gutter fluid abscess.

Thanks,
