If this had been done via a laparoscopic procedure the code would have been 49322. However, this was done during an open approach and there is no CPT code that covers this (58822 is for open drainage of an ovarian abscess not a simple paratubal cyst and 58805 is for open drainage of an ovarian, not paratubal cyst). So you will have to report this with an unlisted code but I would say compare the work to 58805. Or you can opt for adding a modifier -22 to the cesarean delivery code if the documentation supports significant additional work.
