Hi,

I am from the Abu Dhabi UAE chapter and I'd like to ask the Medical Billers 2 things regarding dressing:

1.Do we bill documented dressing for A cannula IV for a patient coming from the ER and is diagnosed with GASTROENTERITIS? Because we usually bill documented dressing application for patients with Fracture in as diagnosis, but do we still bill them even if the diagnosis is non injury related?

2. I work a government hospital here and we usually follow the standard authority pricelist. How do we determine small dressing to big?
