I need some assistance in validating a DRG based on the diagnoses billed. the provider billed a v code as primary which is incorrect, however, I need to see if the other codes billed will validate the DRG billed.

Dx are, in order billed, V57.89, 337.29, 276.1, v85.4, 721.3, 713.8, 722.52, 724.4, 278.00

DRG billed is 945. I am finding that 074 or 0181 might be more appropriate??
