Typically, a drop table manipulation is just that, a manipulation of the spine and appropriately submitted with a 989XX code. Drop tables have sections, a cervical, thoracic and lumbar piece that drops. I have never seen a provider adequately document a 5 region, 98942, drop adjusment, so I would be suspect of the 5 region code.
