Per an online resource:
Drop attack, not further specified, is coded 780.2, syncope and collapse. Drop attack
associated with transient cerebral ischemia is coded 435.9, unspecified transient cerebral
ischemia. (See Coding Clinic, November - December 1985, page 12.)
