Does anyone know anything about G0431 & G0430 for SC Medicare? I need to know if there is any way to bill for more than 1 unit? We test for 9 different durg classes. I have read the MLN articles and I am just very confused.

We bill the G0431 x 4 for all additional G0431 59 modifer- read you MLN carefully when billing multiple units - depends if your using strips or a cup.

Are you in SC? Do you use strips or cup? We are thinking of doing it on a machine that prints out 9 seperate readings.
