Is there any documentation related to processing 99214, 90471 and 90715 in a Medicare patient? Also, is there any relating G-codes to be used for the vaccination.
 
Our FI (Novitas Solutions) requires modifier -AT placed on both the 90714-AT AND 90471-AT and we are getting paid for each. The diagnosis must be open wound or injury, not just routine update. I hope this helps!
