Trying to make this short. The documentation is there. This is what was done Our Dr explant the dual PM and could only get the atrial lead out at this time. Then later that day he went back in and did a snare removal through the inferior right femoral vein of the ventricular lead. I have a note saying that the codes 33234 and 33235 or removal for the dive not the number of leads removed. Can anyone help with this. Thanks
