Hello,
I have been coming across dual eligible insurance plans with Molina and UHC. I just want to make sure when billing, I am doing this correctly. Since most of the patients have just the one card, do I add the subscriber ID twice? Once for primary and then the same for the secondary or will Medicare automatically do a cross over claim?
