not great on kidney coding but just verifying if anyone can help me. Would you bill N25.1 and N25.81 together? Thank you. And if anyone has any place I could get some Kidney guidelines /help that would be great too. You guys are awesome.

If it's documented, you shouldn't have an issue billing the two codes together. N25.1 describes the cause of the diabetes insipidus, and N25.81 reports another issue caused by a renal disease/disorder. As for a specific nephrology coding website, I'm at a loss. Look for any seminars that the AAPC offers. They may have something now or later on kidneys. If all else fails, you've got this forum! Best of luck to you.
