Need advice, please.

A patient had an EGD biopsy with heat probe with diagnosis of bleeding - duodenal ulcer 532.40 is what I coded. During hospitalization the patient was still bleeding so underwent another EGD w/ bleeding control only. The diagnosis is listed as: duodenal ulcer with bleeding and througout the IP stay it states, "currently with retroperitoneal perforation" likely from post coaptive coagulation.

Do I assume duodenal ulcer with hemorrhage and perforation 532.60
In other words, does "perforation" include retroperitoneal perforation

Any help is appreciated. Thanks:-)
