When coding a duplex of the arteries (93925-93926) are ABIs included in this code like they are for 93923-93924? I haven't found anything that documents if 93922 for ABIs can be billed seperately. Thanks in advance for any help.
 
It's my understanding from RBMA that ABI is coded separately. They're not part of 93925-26.
