Patient had a traumatic injury with fracture of C2 & T2 fusion was performed from C2-T6 along with repair of the dura in the thoracic area caused by the thoracic fracture.
The dura was repaired with DuraGen glue as well as a blood patch.
how would you code this?
The only code I saw for the blood patch was the injection code of 62273 and was looking at 63707 for the dura repair
