Are you referring to an intermittent pneumatic compression device?

If so, looking at a a few major payers medical policies they may be covered (provided you are allowed to bill for DME) for treatment of the lower extremities to stimulate circulation and reduce the chances of DVT for those unable to walk, bedridden due to trauma, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery or other circumstances preventing ambulation.
